Q Are Republic Bank deposit accounts FDIC insured?
A Yes! Each individual client at Republic Bank is insured by the FDIC to at least $250,000.

Q How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
A After your Republic Bank checking application has been approved, you will receive Republic Bank's routing and transit number and your account number. If your employer participates in a direct deposit program, simply provide this information to the human resources or payroll department at your company, and your direct deposit will usually begin within thirty days.

Q Can I get information about my account by phone?
A Yes! Republic Bank has two ways of serving you by phone. By calling 1-888-782-3333, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 8:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Sunday Noon - 4:00 pm Eastern, you can speak with a Republic Bank client service representatives who will be happy to review your account with you and answer your questions. Also, call our Account Access Line, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-888-584-3644 for account balances, checks cleared, last deposits, loan and CD information.

Q What products can I apply for online?

Q How is my average daily balance for the month (average monthly balance) calculated?
A The average daily balance is calculated by adding the daily balance in the account for each day of the statement cycle and dividing that figure by the number of calendar days in the statement cycle.

Q Can I open an account if I don't live in the United States? What if I live in the United States but am not a citizen yet?
A f you are not a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Resident Alien and do not have this information, we will be unable to enroll you online. Please visit one of our Banking Centers for assistance.

Q Can I do all of my banking with Republic Bank?

A Yes! With Internet Banking, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Q How frequently is my Republic Bank information updated?
A Transactions are displayed within Internet Banking in real-time, which means that most transactions are reflected immediately on your account. Teller, ATM, and Debit Card point-of-sale transactions are visible on your account as soon as they are received by the bank. Whether you access Internet Banking, Account Access Line, or contact us directly, you will have real-time access to your account information.

Q Are wire transfers possible to and from my Republic Bank checking account?
