Our Lobbies Are Open
For 10 weeks, our Banking Center lobbies were closed as we prioritized the health and safety of both our clients and employees. We strived to continue providing you with Access to our full suite of banking services through options like our 24-hour ATMs, our Contact Center, our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), and more. We’re thrilled to announce that our lobbies reopened on June 4, 2020, allowing us to provide 100% of our banking services!
Below is information to help you understand our approach to healthily reopening our lobbies, as well as additional information to help you find any of the account assistance you might need.
How We're Providing Safe Access
Banking Center Lobbies (open as of 6/4/20)
To ensure the health and safety of our clients and Associates, we are abiding by the latest public health guidelines. Here are some of the preventative measures we’re implementing at each of our Banking Centers:
- Social distancing (Associates maintaining at least 6 feet of personal space)
- “Please Stand Here” floor markers
- Hand Sanitizer available
- Plexiglass guards at teller stations
- Face-coverings worn by Lobby Associates at all times
- Face-coverings available for clients upon request
- Enhanced sanitation practices (especially for high-traffic, high-touch areas)
- Removal of community items (such as coffee stations)
- Private appointments available for clients upon request

Personal and Business Mobile† & Online Banking
Mobile and Online Banking for Personal or Business Banking meets almost any of your day-to-day needs, including checking account balances, transferring money and so much more.
This includes the ability to deposit checks with your mobile phone, for both Personal and Business Banking.
Our dedicated Republic Bank associates are available to help you with your banking needs through our Contact Center from 7am-7pm ET.
