Republic Bank is here for you. As circumstances change day by day and hour by hour, we continue adjusting to put the highest priority on the health and safety of all our Associates, Clients, and Communities while providing continuity of service to meet clients’ needs. 

After close of business Friday, March 20th, our Banking Centers will be servicing your transactions and assisting you with your needs from our drive-thru lanes during normal business hours, and through our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and ATMs. While Banking Center lobbies will not be open for regular traffic, Banking Centers will remain staffed during regular business hours - beginning Monday, March 23rd call the Banking Center and we can accommodate you, including scheduling meetings or accessing safe deposit boxes.

We also remind you that our Contact Center is available 7am - 7pm ET seven days a week (excluding holidays) by phone at 502-584-3600 or 1-888-584-3600, or by email at EasySupport@republicbank.com.

In addition, you can conduct most day-to-day personal and business banking activities through Republic Bank’s mobile or online banking services. Please visit www.RepublicBank.com for all of our mobile and online personal and business banking options. As a follow-up to my previous communication, I want to share that as of today, Monday, March 16, we are OPEN FOR BUSINESS, ready to serve our clients’ needs. All of our Banking Centers, drive-throughs, ATMs, Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs), and Contact Centers are fully operational providing you all of the access you are used to for your banking needs. One minor adjustment we are making is to our Contact Center hours, which are open and available from 7:00AM to 7:00PM ET beginning today.
 

Since our highest priorities continue to be the health and well-being of all our Associates and Clients, and providing continuity of service to meet our customers’ fundamental financial needs, we are prepared to make other adjustments as needed in this rapidly changing environment, and will continue to keep you promptly informed of changes that may affect you.
 

Today I also want to tell you how proud I am of the over 1,000 dedicated Republic Bank Associates, all of whom have been making adjustments to the way they work, but especially to the large team working late into the evenings and through weekends to ensure we have a safe working environment for all team members while providing you the access to the banking services you need.

I want to assure you that Republic Bank & Trust Company has contingency plans in place to prevent service disruptions due to coronavirus potential impacts, as we do for any number of scenarios. These include comprehensive continuity plans for all our critical operations, supported by alternative work locations for bank staff where necessary. Those critical operations include the ability to accept deposits and transact withdrawals via our branch system and other service platforms.
 

We also remind you that you can use all of the available Republic Bank resources to access our staff and your accounts, including but not limited to our Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and ATMs, and our Contact center available 7am - 10 pm ET seven days a week (excluding holidays):
