The Premier First Account is a non-collateralized investment sweep to and from a Republic Bank Money Market account.

• Service fees are covered by non-interest bearing portion while excess funds are swept to earn interest.
• Interest is accrued daily and posts to your account at month end.
• The rate is based on RBT cost of funds and movement of the Fed Funds Target Rate

Requirements:

• No minimum balance to open
• Must have an Analysis Checking Account
• Signed Premier First Sweep Agreement
• The peg and rate are not set until a signed Premier First Sweep Agreement is completed.

• Treasury Management to set peg amount and interest rate with corresponding index
• $50.00 per Premier First Sweep Account in addition to applicable analysis fees
