This account earns an interest rate of 1.98% with an annual percentage yield of 2.00% for all balances, if the following conditions are met:

Minimum Opening Deposit Requirements
To open this account you must deposit at least $50.00.

Compounding and Credit
Interest will be compounded and credited to your account monthly. If you close your account before interest is credited, you will receive the accrued interest.

Balance Computation Method
If you do meet all qualification requirements noted in the “Rate Information” section, we will use the daily collected balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day.

If you do not meet all qualification requirements noted in the “Rate Information” section, we will use the average collected balance method to calculate the interest on your account. This method applies the default rate to the average collected balance on your account for the statement cycle.

Accrual of Interest on Non-Cash Deposits
Interest begins to accrue no later than the business day we receive credit for non-cash items (for example, checks).

Charges which may be applied to this account

Additional Disclosure Terms
On October 3, 2008, FDIC deposit insurance temporarily increased from $100,000 to $250,000 per depositor through December 31, 2013.
